If you are going to be in the Parry Sound area for a day and want to really experience what Georgian Bay has to offer, come on a fully outfitted sea kayaking day-trip with us. Georgian Bay is 190kms long by 80kms wide and is part of the Canadian Shield; Granite bedrock that has been exposed for around 11,000 years since the last ice age. Smooth rolling granite adorned with windswept White pine trees is the legendary view that First Nations people paddled past for many thousands of years. Our experienced guides will lead you on an experience to remember on this beautiful coastline with a delicious gourmet lunch provided.
We can accommodate groups of up to 6 people on most days. Day trips require a minimum of two participants to run. Due to the nature of the elements all outdoor adventure trips are dependent on the weather. Your guide will make the call on whether the trip can run the night before your scheduled date by 7pm and will call you to advise. Usually, day-trips will not be canceled but in the event that we do have to cancel due to inclement weather, a full refund or date exchange will be arranged. Day-trips depart from Killbear Provincial Park, Snug Harbour or Parry Sound Harbour depending on weather conditions on the day.
